The Rio Branco 115 building underwent an important revitalization and is now considered an architectural icon of Rio de Janeiro. The Standard Building is a classic example of Art Deco, with its façade that is very striking with its rounded ends and its base covered with noble material — marble and bronze, a terraced body and crowning, and stands out for its vertical volume with a clock at the top, with decentralized access.
BN took up the challenge of recovering it while preserving the original façade and modernizing the interior, especially in electrical and hydraulic installations, air conditioning, circulation, elevators and fire protection. The retrofit project was developed in the built-to-suit system, with adjustments made especially to host the headquarters of the Brazilian Capital Market Institute (IBMEC), and was executed in 10 months, also renovating the surrounding squares.

O Paulista Building 2028 underwent an important revitalization carried out by BN, with an architectural design by Athié Wohnrath. It's an example of a sustainable Retrofit that received the LEED Certificate. In addition, it has high technical specifications and good corporate image, obtaining the Buildings A classification.
It was developed to use 30% less water, and has a green roof, which helps reduce heat generation.
O Paulista Building 2028 It has 16 floors with slabs starting at 356 m², a duplex penthouse of 615 m², a store floor on the ground floor, 3 social elevators, central air conditioning, a common emergency generator and 56 parking spaces.

With Leed Gold Certificate, RM Square consists of 19 floors and 5 basements. The vertical circulation of the tower is provided by 12 elevators. It has 9 stores in the common area, recyclable waste bin, changing rooms.

O Alpha Tower comes from a project that adopts concepts of sustainability for the occupation of environments and the valuation of spaces, such as the reuse of water for irrigation and optimization of the consumption of air conditioning in the units.
